Follow these six steps to set up wwidgets in about 10 minutes. If you get stuck, write to [email protected] or book a free demo and we'll set it up together.

1. Add your website

Open Campaigns in your dashboard and create a new campaign. Enter your domain without www (for example mystore.com). You create one campaign per website.

2. Add the pixel to your site

Copy the Pixel code from the campaign menu and paste it into the <head> section that loads on every page of your site.

  • Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, right above the </head> line.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce: use a plugin such as WPCode and paste it into the "Header" area.
  • Other platforms: use the "custom code / head" setting or your theme template's head.

The pixel loads asynchronously, so it won't slow your pages down.

3. Create your first widget

Open your campaign and create a new notification. Two good first picks: Conversions to show recent sales, or Email Collector to grow your list. Write your message, choose colours and position, and watch the live preview update as you type.

4. Choose when and to whom it shows

Set the timing in the Triggers tab: delay, scroll, exit intent, click, time on site and more — 9 options in total. Use Targeting to control pages, devices and how often a visitor sees it.

Tip: show pop-ups and modals once per session per visitor. It keeps the experience pleasant and converts better.

5. Never miss a lead

Add email, Slack, Telegram, Teams, Discord, Google Chat or a webhook under Notification handlers. Then select that channel in the settings of any form widget, and every new lead reaches you instantly.

6. Track your results

Statistics shows impressions, clicks and form submissions for every widget. Keep what works and adjust the copy or timing of what doesn't. You can switch on the weekly summary email in the campaign settings.

Quick tips

  • Show no more than 2–3 widgets at once. Fewer widgets at the right moment work better.
  • Pair a coupon with a countdown: a time-limited discount creates real urgency.
  • On mobile, prefer a bottom bar over a full-screen modal.
  • Browse ready-made examples in the demo dashboard.
