This Privacy Policy explains how WebWorks 101 OÜ ("we", "us"), the operator of wwidgets.com, processes personal data when you visit our website, create an account or use our widgets and notifications (the "Service"). We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process as controller
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), language, time zone and account settings. Purpose: providing your account and the Service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Billing data: plan, payment history, invoice details (name, company, address, tax ID if provided). Card payments are handled by our payment provider (for example Stripe); we do not receive or store full card numbers. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device type, login times and security logs. Purpose: keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse and fixing errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Communication: messages you send us by email or contact form. Legal basis: contract or legitimate interest.
- Service emails: account, security, billing and usage-report emails. Optional newsletters are only sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Data we process on behalf of our customers
When a customer installs the wwidgets.com pixel on their website, we process data about that website's visitors on the customer's behalf: impressions, clicks and conversions of notifications, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser and device type, and any information the visitor enters into a widget (for example an email address in an email collector). For this data the website owner is the controller and we are the processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Visitors who want to exercise their rights regarding this data should contact the owner of the website concerned; we will support them as required.
4. Where data is stored
The Service is hosted on servers located in Germany (European Union). Emails are sent through our own mail server. Payment providers may process data outside the EU; in that case transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Recipients
We share personal data only with service providers that we need to run the Service, such as our hosting provider, payment providers and, if you use them, sign-in providers. They process data only on our instructions or under their own privacy policies where they act as independent controllers (for example payment providers). We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, its data is removed within a reasonable period. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law. Notification statistics are kept according to the retention period of your plan. Security logs are kept for a limited time.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; we respond within one month. You can also update or delete most of your data directly in your account settings. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country of residence.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page, and we will inform registered users of material changes by email.
