This policy explains how you can delete your data on wwidgets.com, what is deleted and when. The Service is operated by WebWorks 101 OÜ, registry code 14816432, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. See also our Privacy Policy and User Data Policy.
1. Delete a widget
In the panel, open the widget and choose delete. The widget, its settings and content, its statistics and the lead data collected by it are removed from our active systems. The pixel stops showing it on your website.
2. Delete a campaign (website)
When you delete a campaign, the widgets that belong to it are deleted as described above. Consent records of the cookie consent widget are an exception: they are kept until the end of their retention period (1, 2, 3 or 5 years; 3 years by default), so that you can still prove the consent that visitors gave. You can delete them yourself in your account before that date if you no longer need them. Remember to remove the pixel code from your website as well.
3. Delete your account
You can delete your account in the account settings of the panel. Deleting the account:
- removes your account data, your campaigns, widgets, statistics and lead data from our active systems;
- cancels any subscription so that it does not renew; refunds follow our Refund Policy;
- permanently deletes your consent records 30 days after the deletion. During these 30 days you can ask support at [email protected] for an export; you can also export them in your account before you delete it.
Please export what you need before you delete your account. Deleted data cannot be restored by us.
4. What we may have to keep
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Data we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to meet other legal duties, for as long as necessary.
- Security logs, for a limited time.
- Copies in encrypted backups, which are overwritten in the regular backup rotation.
5. Request deletion by email
If you cannot delete something in the panel, or if you want us to delete data for you, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us what should be deleted. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within 30 days.
If you are a visitor to a website that uses wwidgets and you want data about you deleted, please contact the owner of that website, who is responsible for that data. We will help the website owner as required.
