These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wwidgets.com and the widgets, notifications and related services provided through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by WebWorks 101 OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

wwidgets.com lets you create on-site notifications and widgets (for example informational messages, coupons, live counters, email and request collectors, feedback widgets, bars, modals and cookie notices) and display them on your own websites by adding a single pixel code. The features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to open an account.
  • Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only install the pixel on websites you own or are authorised to manage. You must not use the Service to:

  • display false, misleading or fabricated information, including invented reviews, fake purchase or sign-up notifications, or fake visitor counts;
  • publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic or infringing content;
  • distribute malware, phishing pages or spam, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
  • interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content of your notifications and for complying with the laws that apply to your websites, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection laws.

4. Data you collect through widgets

Some widgets (such as email collectors, request collectors and feedback widgets) let you collect information from visitors to your websites. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor: we store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for informing your visitors, obtaining any required consent and having a lawful basis for the collection. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

5. Plans, payments and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period (for example monthly or annually) at the price shown at checkout. Prices may be shown excluding applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • If a payment fails or a plan expires, your account moves to the free plan (where available) and features or limits of the paid plan, including notification impressions, stop applying.
  • We may change plan prices or features. Price changes apply from your next billing period and we will notify you in advance by email.

6. Refunds

Because the Service is available immediately after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you agree that the Service starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been fully provided. Where we fail to provide the Service as described, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will review your request in good faith. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Usage limits and availability

Each plan includes limits (such as the number of campaigns, notifications and monthly impressions). When a limit is reached, notifications may stop displaying until the next period or until you upgrade. We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause downtime.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy and display that content solely to provide the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or put the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. After an account is closed, its data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law (for example invoices).

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
