These terms govern the relationship between WebWorks 101 OÜ, the operator of wwidgets.com ("wwidgets"), and any natural or legal person taking part in the wwidgets Partner Program ("Partner"). Anyone who submits a partner application, uses a partner link or requests a commission is deemed to have accepted these terms in full. Anyone who does not accept them may not take part in the program.

1. Participation and approval

  • Participation is only possible through the online application form. Each application is reviewed individually by wwidgets.
  • wwidgets may reject an application, request additional information or documents, or end an approved partnership without giving reasons.
  • Commission is recorded only for approved partners and only for payments made after the approval date.
  • The Partner is responsible for the information in the application being accurate, current and complete. False or misleading information leads to immediate termination.
  • The Partner is not an employee, agent or partner of wwidgets and acts independently. The Partner may not enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of wwidgets.

2. Commission

  • The Partner earns 20% commission on every successful payment made to wwidgets by a customer who signed up through the Partner's link, renewals included.
  • Commission is calculated on the plan amount actually paid by the customer. Taxes, payment provider fees and refunded amounts are excluded.
  • The tracking period is 60 days. If a customer clicked more than one partner link, only the first link clicked counts. The tracking records of wwidgets are decisive.
  • No commission is paid for customers whose membership, link or service has been cancelled, or whose payment has been refunded, disputed (chargeback) or not collected.
  • wwidgets may change the commission rate and calculation method. Changes apply to payments made after the date they are announced.

3. Holding period, refunds and clawback

  • Each commission is held for 30 days; at the end of this period it is approved and added to the available balance.
  • If a refund, cancellation or dispute occurs within the holding period, the related commission is deleted.
  • If a refund, cancellation or dispute occurs after the commission has been paid, the amount paid is offset against the Partner's future commissions. Any amount that cannot be offset is repaid by the Partner within 14 days of a request from wwidgets.

4. Payouts

  • The Partner can request a payout from the partner dashboard once the available balance reaches at least €50.
  • Payouts are made only to a bank account (IBAN) in the Partner's own name or the name of the Partner's company. No payments are made to third-party accounts.
  • Before paying, wwidgets may request documents relating to identity, company registration, bank account and traffic sources. No payment is made without them.
  • Approved payout requests are paid within 14 business days. Payouts are made in euros (EUR).
  • Bank transfer fees, exchange rate differences and all other costs related to the payout are borne by the Partner.

5. Quality traffic and burden of proof

  • Customers referred by the Partner must be real, legitimate people who signed up of their own free will.
  • The burden of proving that traffic and sales were obtained legitimately lies with the Partner. On request, the Partner shows wwidgets the channels, content and advertising records used.
  • wwidgets may hold commission on traffic and sales it considers suspicious while reviewing them, and cancel it if the outcome is negative.

6. Prohibited activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening one's own account, or accounts of relatives or persons under one's control, through one's own partner link.
  • Using the name "wwidgets", its trademark or similar terms in search engine ads, domain names or social media account names.
  • Promoting through unsolicited email (spam), unauthorised messages, fake reviews, fake accounts, bots or automated traffic.
  • Making untrue, exaggerated or misleading claims about wwidgets, or offering fake discounts or coupons.
  • Presenting oneself as wwidgets itself, its employee or official representative.
  • Placing cookies without the user's knowledge (cookie stuffing), cloaking links or redirecting traffic by deceptive means.
  • Promoting wwidgets on sites, channels or content of the following kinds:
    • pornography and adult content,
    • any illegal or abusive content involving children,
    • betting, gambling and games of chance,
    • sites offering illegal products, services or activities, and banned or blocked sites,
    • content involving hate speech, violence, terrorism, fraud, pirated software or copyright infringement.

Any act or activity that breaks applicable law is also prohibited, even if it is not expressly listed here. The Partner accepts that all legal, criminal and financial liability arising from being present in such places or engaging in such activities rests solely with the Partner.

If a prohibited activity is detected, the partnership ends immediately and without notice, all unpaid commissions are cancelled and wwidgets reserves all its legal rights.

7. Liability and indemnity

  • The Partner agrees to indemnify wwidgets against and hold it harmless from all claims, damages, fines and costs arising from the Partner's promotional activities or any breach of these terms.
  • The liability of wwidgets arising from the program is in all cases limited to the total commission paid to the Partner in the last 12 months.
  • wwidgets does not guarantee that the program will run without interruption or errors.

8. Personal data

  • The Partner is shown only masked customer information. The Partner may not use this information outside the program or share it with third parties.
  • The Partner's application and payout information is processed only to run the program, make payouts and meet legal obligations.

9. Taxes

  • All tax and reporting obligations relating to commission income lie with the Partner. On request from wwidgets, the Partner provides an invoice or equivalent document.

10. Changes and termination

  • wwidgets may change these terms. Changes are published on this page and notified to the Partner by email. A Partner who continues in the program is deemed to accept the changes.
  • The Partner may leave the program at any time. In that case any approved balance above €50 is paid out.
  • If the partnership ends because of a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are not paid.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The Estonian courts in Tallinn (Harju Maakohus) have jurisdiction over any dispute. If the Turkish and English versions of these terms differ, the English version prevails.
