This Fair Use Policy explains how the limits of your plan work and what is not allowed when you use wwidgets.com. The Service is operated by WebWorks 101 OÜ ("we", "us"). This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Plan limits

Each plan has limits, for example the number of campaigns (websites), the number of notifications and the number of notification impressions per month. The limits of every plan are shown on our pricing page and in your account. The cookie consent widget has its own monthly pageview limit, described in section 5a of the Terms. We do not count bots in that limit.

2. What happens when you reach a limit

  • When the impression limit of your plan is reached, your widgets pause until the next period starts, or until you move to a plan with a higher limit. Your account then shows that the limit has been exceeded and offers you an upgrade.
  • Nothing is deleted when a limit is reached, and you are not charged extra. When the limit resets or you upgrade, your widgets show again.
  • We email you when you approach the limit of the cookie consent plan, as described in the Terms.

3. What is not allowed

  • Bots and fake traffic: generating impressions, clicks or conversions artificially, for example with bots, scripts or paid traffic networks, to distort statistics or to use up or avoid limits.
  • Misleading social proof: showing invented reviews, fake purchase or sign-up notifications, made-up visitor counts, or any other information that is false or misleading.
  • Reselling: reselling, renting, sublicensing or white-labelling the Service, or giving third parties access to your account, without our written permission.
  • Abuse: overloading or attacking the Service, trying to get around technical limits or the Plan rules, or creating several accounts to repeat free trials.
  • Illegal content: content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic or that infringes the rights of others, and malware, phishing or spam.

4. Your notifications must be truthful

You are responsible for the content of your notifications and for making sure they are true. Social proof such as "12 people bought this today" must reflect real events or real data. Consumer protection and advertising laws in many countries, including the EU rules on unfair commercial practices, prohibit misleading statements of this kind. We provide the tool; you decide what it shows and you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to your websites.

5. Suspension

If you break this policy, we may limit, suspend or close your account, as described in section 11 of the Terms. Where possible and reasonable we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem; in serious or urgent cases we may act immediately and inform you afterwards. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
